    Sales Executive (Code:01S)

    Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Their work includes: organizing sales visits. demonstrating/presenting Services.
    JOB DESCRIPTION.:

    • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
    • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
    • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
    • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
    • Gathering market and customer information;
    • Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
    • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales manager , or entering figures into a computer system;
    • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
    • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
    • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
    • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
    • Paying a fixed weekly no. of visits to customers , matching with the visits target announced from their direct manager .
    • Presenting a report includes their weekly activates concerning phone calls & visits.

    Requirements :

    • Excellent communication skills;
    • A positive, confident and determined approach;
    • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection;
    • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition;
    • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team;
    • The ability to flourish in a competitive environment;
    • A good level of numeracy.

    -Fluency in a foreign language can also be helpful.
    -For most sales positions, a full driving license is essential.
    -It is useful to be able to point to some work experience in a customer-facing environment, such as retail or hospitality.

    Senior Sales Executive (Code:02S)

    A long standing Sales executive became senior due to year rang of experience .selling services to clients & maintaining  their full satisfaction.

    Job Description:

    • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts.
    • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients.
    • Submits offers  by referring to operation provided rates got from our agents .
    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Monitors competition(Other Forwarders ) by gathering current marketplace information on market rates & services .
    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops internally in the company . Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Maintain the clients data base which already existed & maximizing the client accounts portfolio.
    • Is must to match the company policy concerning the monthly targets , goals & required achievements.

    Requirements :

    • At least three years of experience in the sales field .
    • The ability and desire to sell;

    Sales Supervisor (Code:03S)

    Sales supervisor often has responsibilities in areas like work scheduling, budgeting,  and planning. Sales supervisors also play an essential role in motivating sales staff to achieve ,  Many sales supervisors also develop and implement training programs to address employee or staff-wide deficiencies.

    Jop Description :

    –  Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets
    – Select, manage, and develop a high performing team of sales representatives.
    – Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity,  sales quality  and optimization of customer satisfaction
    – Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff
    – Effectively coach and develop a high performing team of sales representatives.
    – Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets
    – Teach best practices and drive enrollments
    – Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff both real time and through monitoring phone calls
    – Meet regularly with Sales Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team
    – Work individually with Sales Reps to educate them on the Customer-Focused Selling model
    – Outline and deliver performance improvement plans and year end performance reviews to Sales Reps
    – Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback
    – Review daily reports to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement that affect individual and team performance.

    – Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
    – Must be able to provide constructive feedback in a positive fashion
    – Strong organization skills with an aptitude in analytical decision making
